1. Where to send your complaint

All copyright complaints must be sent to our designated contact: support@videodownloaderai.com. Please use the subject line "DMCA Complaint" so we can route it quickly.

2. What a valid notice must contain

To be effective under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notification must include all six of the following:

• a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (a description or a representative list);
• the exact URL(s) of the material you claim is infringing, sufficient for us to locate it;
• your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices cannot be processed and will be returned with a request for the missing elements.

3. Our response time

We review every complete notice and act on valid complaints within 48 hours — typically by blocking access to the identified material through the Service and, where applicable, notifying the affected user.

4. Counter-notice

If you believe material was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@videodownloaderai.com containing: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was blocked and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was blocked as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, together with consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore access after 10–14 business days unless the complainant notifies us that it has filed a court action.

5. Repeat infringers

Users who are the subject of repeated valid infringement complaints will be permanently blocked from the Service.
